After a prosperous 10 year tenure, which started in 1990 in the United States Army as a Logistics Manager, Nicholas decided to take his logistics experience and put it to use in the commercial and residential market. Starting in the high rise condominium development as a project manager and renovating high end luxury golf club houses with a vast experience in commercial tenant build outs although successful, Nicholas turned to residential construction which was always his passion. In 2002 Nicholas continued his career with some of the largest luxury and semi custom Fortune 500 Homebuilders in the nation.

Nicholas is joined and partnered by his fiancé and future wife, Kathy M. Brennan. Kathy's military career of 6 years in Logistics Management and Finance brings great strength to this family owned and operated business. We build and operate our business on family ethics and morals, after all, our most valuable assets are our clients and their families.  

After many project closeouts, and a vast amount of project reviews, Nicholas decided that the buying public, our future clients, just weren't being well served. In 2006 after extensive market research and growth analysis, Nicholas and Kathy started what they feel is the future in residential construction, "Designs by Lifestyle". The conception of Designs by lifestyle was based on just that, your design in keeping with your lifestyle! No pushy ideas of something that just wont do, or pick form basic plans and just accept the design, with this idea, we believe that Designs By Lifestyle can make your homebuilding a reality and with much enjoyment".
